These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OliveBox.net (the "Service"), operated by Mobi Mouse d.o.o., Stojana Protica 39, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, PIB: 104122416 ("we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
OliveBox is a cloud-based scheduling and business management platform designed for hair salons, beauty salons, wellness centers, and other professional service providers. The Service enables users to manage appointments, clients, staff schedules, and related business operations.
The Service is available only to businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
New users receive a 2-month free trial with full access to all features. SMS messages sent during the trial are billed separately according to the current rate list.
After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.
Subscription fees are due in advance for the chosen billing period. Payment obligations begin upon trial expiry.
Refunds: Subscription fees and unused periods are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable Serbian consumer protection law.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and refrain from activities that could harm the Service or other users, including:
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (including your business data and your clients' data).
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not access or use your data except to provide, secure, and support the Service, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data of your clients (e.g., names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment records) is collected and processed lawfully, and that all necessary notices and consents are obtained under applicable data protection laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may modify, update, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, improvements, or to address security issues.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@olivebox.net.
Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You are responsible for exporting your data before deletion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Mobi Mouse d.o.o. or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.
